Planter pots use drainage saucers to collect the excess water that drains from pots after watering. The wavy texture of the bottom supports smoother water flow in the flowerpot and protects the green plants roots. Conducive to hydrophilous plants to keep the soil moist. The deepened tray has a larger storage capacity and makes it easier for air to enter the root system. Prevent the water flow through the soil in the container and out the bottom drainage holes onto the planting shelf, table, flooring, carpet, decking, furniture, or patio slab. Place a saucer underneath the flowerpot and fill the saucer with fresh water when its time to water. Let it soak for several hours. Empty the saucer and let the remaining water drip out. Standing water will promote excess soil moisture and cause plant roots to get bad. It is suggested to drain after each watering.
